Probably one of the best hotel experience we have had. We thank the staff for making out stay a memorable experience. We were offered a room upgrade to a larger villa and some additional complementary gifts. The architecture, the quietness, the staff, the attention to little details, everything was perfect. Excellent stay. Rooms were clean, newly renovated/built, and all the facilities were top notch. The pool was clean and beautiful. Bar had really good juices and drinks. Staff was extremely welcoming. Ordered a floating breakfast and it was really good. They also gave us fresh fruit from the tree in the villa because I was curious of what it tastes like.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The whole athmosphere of the resort is magic and very exclusive. The restaurant we used to go (Cascade) serves magnificent food for reasonable prices. The rooms are very clean and beautiful and the view over the jungle is just outstanding. Many thanks to the whole Viceroy team for this amazing experience!

Kadek and his wife are extraordinary hosts; attentive, hospitable, generous. The bungalow, grounds, and pool are kept very well, particularly the pool which is a glorious shade of blue/green. The location is further out, away from the relative chaos of Ubud. There is an active temple just at the end of the street, which provides one with the feeling of living amongst true Balinese culture.
