The location was great, with a walkable distance to the city, one straight shot without any turns, and very easy to find your way. Communication through chat was quick and helpful. The room was clean and provided a coffee machine, water cooker, toaster, a little oven, and a fridge. Private shower and toilet as well. There's also a little supermarket close by.
I've seen mixed reviews, but this place was honestly better than I expected after reading those reviews. Sure, it's a tiny space, and it's not really a room for lounging in, but it's a great little spot that'll give you a roof and a bed for a decent price close to the city center.

Lovely quiet room in a big old house with secure parking around the back. Comfy bed and lots of character being an old building- like ornate tiles and quirky layouts.
Easy walking distance into town and on a bus route if you needed it.

Exceptional service, my wife is vegetarian who does not et eggs and they ensures the pancakes were made as per her needs and also made extra hashbrowns for her! The breakfast options (I had the Irish Breakfast on Day1 and Avocado toast with poached egg on Day 2 ) are amazing and really well prepared !
Rooms are really clean, comfy beds and with all basic facilities (Towels, toiletries, hair dryer, Iron, Central heating, etc ) They even have the option to store luggage for a few hours before . after check in/out.
The location is obviously the best part, Trinity, Dublin Castle, shopping streets all a few mins walk away!
All in all, a gem at the price!
