The staff are so nice specially the ladies at Essence very accomodating. The reception is very helpful. The housekeeping staff, good job! I recommend Dravya Spa for the wonderful service. Sky grill has very nice food, the waiter really know how to recommend.

It was my second time at hotel Milan. Nothing’s changed in a good way. The same great hospitality, clean rooms, and the food of good quality you can get nearby. All that is at a reasonable price.

Cosy apartments and cordial staff. Location is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly, but you need to ask for the facilities even though it should be available mandatory. They happily get your food from downstairs if required.

Everything was good or very good, but the staff at hotel was super outstanding ! I travel a lot around Asia & Europe. Very rare to find such excellent service, good attitude of all the staff. From the reception staff, the breakfast & dining area, the chef everyone was amazing! Special thanks to Chef Rajesh, miss Anshu, miss Ananya, miss Nadia... and thanks to all the ladies I forgot the name. :(
Breakfast was good! You need to consider 90% of the guests are Indian, so cannot expect a fully European or USA breakfast.
Dining at restaurant was good as well.
I did not use the swimming pool or gym, so I cannot comment on that.
