Loved the rooftop, Spa was being re-modelled but massage was great, staff was incredible pleasant, nice little notes from housekeeping, very nice experience

Staff are very nice and kindly. Room service was very good, I recommend chicken club sandwiches and chicken nugets for those who cant eat spicey food like us :)

Absolutely everything. The location is perfect, the hotel itself (inside and outside) is beautiful but most of all, the staff were on another level. It’s a very busy hotel with lots of celebrities (cricketers) and I was still treated like I was the only one in the whole hotel. Wonderful stay

I loved how James and his assistant Pandu were always attentive to every request. Pandu wandered around with me to get the kurta that I needed for a wedding an ensured that I paid a fair price. He accompanied me to make sure I made my train when I left. They helped arrange for favorable exchange rates of USD to Rupees from local stores. They really went above and beyond for me. The location is great because its centrally located near Marine Drive.
