I arrived after a long 2 days of traveling and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Had the pool to myself for a refreshing swim in a magical environment and ordered room service before having a deep sleep and waking up refreshed. After 4 days I had to stay for a longer period of time , and book another 5 days ! I just couldn’t leave. The food is out of this world. Compliment to the head chef and chef Darwan for this incredible buffet / feast. Everything was just fresh , tasty and a choice … I never seen that ! And then you have the kindness from everyone , the manager , le maitre de , and ashwinni smile every morning. Swimming pool is great , room is awesome , spa is incredible, the decoration is just top notch , the gym has everything once could need. I had to do a lot of things and they always took the time to help me with everything I needed so I could have a worry free holiday ! This 5 star hotel is truly a GEM and by far the best hotel I stayed at !!! With love Mathieu

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a very good experience. The stay was definitely value for money. The hotel is newly renovated, so everything looked fresh, clean, and well-maintained. The facilities were good, visitors were allowed, and the overall service was professional, which made the experience comfortable. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I come to Chennai in the future.
