The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the room was facing a quiet street in a great location - just a few minutes walk from a metro station. Coffee, snacks, water and chocolate were offered to guests, which was very appreciated!The communication with the host was very easy and quick.

The host was so kind and nice with us, we had to check-in early and check-out early as well and we had no problem with that. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped, so it's nice for longer stays too you have a stove, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, more then enough glasses and plates. Everything was nicely cleaned and there is a thermostat so you can set the temperature as you like. A very big plus is the location, right next to the Punto Lungo metro station, literally 30 seconds to get there and 2 minutes away from a bus station.

Want to express my gratitude to the warm welcoming of the hotel. Everything is clean, fresh, they gave us water, coffee. Would definitely recommend, the location is also great, there is a market in 2-3 minutes, and good cafes nearby. Also a metro and a bus station. At night it is safe and crowded, so if you’re female, it is totally fine. The owner is very kind, who let us leave the luggage after the check out. Also, he gave a permission to check in earlier, and some recommendations for us as tourists.

The accommodation is great. It has everything you need, with towels, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, shampoo and shower gel. The room is heated, which is great for winter days. Breakfast is fantastic, with fresh and very good croissants. Alessandro is an incredible person, very helpful and friendly. the accommodation is close to transport and supermarket.

Very comfortable, very clean. Easy access to Rome via local bus service. Handy to have a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was lovely around the corner as part of the deal. Would recommend to others and return ourselves.
