The best hotel experience ever!! I'm really grateful for the staff, they're so kind and really helpful. Location is perfect which is really close to the main vaporetto station (Piazzele Roma), you can go everywhere from there.Also the breakfast was rich and tasted good. Room was very clean. They even gave me a map of the city and explained everything about to see. And they let me to leave my bag after check-out.

I liked that access was with digital code to the main building door and another code for the apartment. It was indeed luxurious, spacious, clean, quiet and nice location with nearby shops, restaurants. Like a luxury hotel, well supplied with toiletries, tea/coffee, snacks, etc. Wished I could've stayed a few more nights.
