Near rail station only 10min walk in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Like the vintage decoration of the hotel, check-in was smooth, good service right from the moment we booked the hotel, we exchanged messages and the information provided was clear. The breakfast service was the best. We enjoyed the buffet service so much. The tea lady served us endless coffees and always with a smile. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Venice again.

I spent a night in Venice and chose Palazzo dei Guardiani for a laid-back stay. The apartment is brand new and furnished with a clean, simple, modern touch. It’s equipped with all the essentials; the bed is extremely comfortable — a must after a long stroll through the city.
I had a great rest as the place is strategically located in a quiet area, yet within walking distance of the train station. However, I preferred taking a water taxi to fully experience the Venetian way of getting around.
The residence concierge helped me make the most of the little time I had, offering great advice and tips on how not to miss the main landmarks around me. They were not only kind and always welcoming with a smile, but also truly professional and eager to help.
For groceries, there’s a small supermarket right across from the residence, where you can find everything you might need.

First of all is fantastic location, few minutes walk from Academia bridge. Second of all, brilliant and easy communication with host, seamless check in. And the main part is apartment itself - spacious, beautiful and well equipped for a few days stay. We slept fantastically, view from the window is amazing, best experience that we had in Venice for a long time.

Everything at Ca' della Corte is simply exceptional. The atmospheric location is well-preserved and well-managed, and Caterina is a truly wonderful host, helpful, kind, resourceful. I needed my breakfast well in advance of the allotted time, and she came through for me.
