Great place and very good location in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to all the sightseeing in Venice. The host family is very kind, attentive, and helpful with everything you may need. Rooms are very well kept, nicely furnished, and tastefully decorated. We extended our visit and stayed in two rooms, in both of which we felt very comfortable. Having the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was a highlight in the morning. We recommend this place and will come back.

Great little hotel although, when we arrived late at night, we were "upgraded" to a small room at the adjacent Hotel Olimpia. We had a tiny room that was super comfortable, light, extremely comfortable bed and was nicely decorated. Yes, the room was very small, but since we were out all the time it was not a problem. Extremely good location less than a minute from the airport bus and vaporetto stop, yet super quiet and in a nice location whichbis mostly residential.

The location was ideal (next to Piazzale Roma). The beds were outstandingly comfortable, and definitely this was the best breakfast buffet that we have found in many years. There was a rich variety of choices (including a pumpkin cake by All-Saints day!) and every item was delicious. The staff was very helpful before and during our stay.
