I liked everything. The staff is very polite, the breakfast is amazing and plentiful, the rooms are spacious and VERY clean, the toilet is modern and the location is right in the middle of the old town where everything is at a walking distance. I would stay there again without a doubt. To top it all, the terrace where you have breakfast overlooks the old town and you can simply enjoy the view from the comfort of the hotel.

I asked for a late checkout for 1 pm and I had to call again and ask for a late checkout for 2 pm. I finally left my room at 2:15 pm. All the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast is always very good. We enjoyed the happy hours at the bar. And the restaurant food is delicious! We noticed that the management employs some handicapped people when possible (and some with down syndrome). I greatly appreciate that their management is being socially conscious and helping those in need when possible.

Everything about the hostel was great! Very good price compared to what the place offers. Very central location yet very quiet at night to ensure good rest :) many local shops, restaurants and landmarks around with walking distance. The staff was amazing and super friendly! Location very good, nice walking to the Citadel and the center. Staff was very kind and professional. My wife, cleaning controller approved wit 10 rate. Breakfast rich and satisfying. If i will come back to Amman i will book again and will suggest to any one going to Amman.
