The hotel exceeded our expectations. Really helpful hotel staffs!
My husband lost his bag pack in the metro and we both couldn’t speak Japanese.
We asked help from the hotel staff and they went lengths to help us find our bags. Really thoughtful of them!
Also, room is very spacious for a couple.
We went during early winter, so it was extra comfortable to soak in the outdoor onsen. (It was so beautiful! And so comfortable after a hot soak!)
You have to pay a small fee for private onsen. But the public ones are nicer in my opinion.
