Absolut amazing venue. We traveled in a group of 7 persons and it was the perfect accommodation for us. Modern, but in Japanese style. Great location in Arashiyama. Very relaxing after a day of sightseeing in Kyoto.
Staff was very friendly and flexible. It was very easy to arrange the meeting time for check-in.

The room was incredible with an amazing view and the private onsen in the room overlooking the river and bridge was truly special. Everything was clean and it was very spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff checking in were wonderful and helped us ship our bags and answered all the questions we had. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The onsen was amazing and beautiful. We also tried the brick baths and those were very relaxing. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Onsen (bath/spa) area and facilities were amazing. Loved the vibe in the hotel restaurant, with the serving robot and the option to sit at a floor table or chaired tables too. Suppled robes and pj too. Buffet breakfast was great.
