Looks quite new and well maintained. We stayed on the second floor and there is a spacious kitchen dining room where we could can hang our clothes after laundry (1st floor). The property is about 8-10 min walking distance from the train station and there is a 7-11 along the way. Quite convenient. The friendly landlord even left us a new year gift!

The host was the sweetest lady we met in Japan during our nearly three-week stay. We arrived late, and she came to welcome us. She had also prepared tea, fruits, and some snacks. She made us breakfast in the morning and was extremely helpful with everything we asked, always with a big smile. A well-deserved 10 for the amazing hospitality.

Ended up staying an extra night! Very clean and spacious for a family of six. Ended up with extra beds. There was 4 bedrooms (2 rooms had a full size bed, 3rd room upstairs was a tatami room but with one full and one twin mattress side by side & 4th room downstairs had two twin beds) Kids ranging from 5-11yo had a blast. Lots of closet space for luggage and hanging clothes for laundry. 2 toilets was amazing! Standup shower upstairs & tub downstairs. Super easy walk to train station that even had an elevator which is helpful during checking in & out with all the luggage. Oh & don't worry about a sea of shoes at the entry because they had cubbies with house shoes for about a dozen shoes or more including childrens slippers.
