The hotel is amazing. It’s beautiful, super clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, in Ginza, surrounded by shops, restaurants and transport. The best part about this hotel is the staff. From the front door to the breakfast staff, to the housekeeping teams and everyone else. They are all so friendly, helpful and make you feel like a princess. Breakfast is delicious, beautiful restaurant, cozy and lot’s of options. Loved it!

The staff made an effort to give us a front facing room with an upgrade. This was additional joy for us as we were celebrating my spouse's birthday. We love the view. We walked to Ginza, which was closed from cars on weekends, and had a great Sunday afternoon. A big thank you to the staff of Royal Park Hotel.
