The location was perfect! Also, the style of the hotel . The best thing were the amenities! It’s a dream :) also you can enter to the store through reception, really cool. However, it’s basic service with no mini bar or additional things like this. Said this, I will totally recommend the hotel for a stay in Tokyo.

Location is amazing, love that it's right near the Yamanote line Shimbashi station, and this hotel has a bus stop for the Airport Limousine. It was a nice trip from Narita just a couple stops along the way to drop off other travellers. Restaurants and 7Eleven and FamiliyMart nearby. Room was big and clean and comfortable.

The ambience feels opulent, which is very fitting for this historical hotel. The Old Imperial Bar is one of the nicest bars we’ve been to (such a nice dim relaxing ambience and great cocktails). The location is perfect to explore Ginza. The staff is one of the kindest and most hospitable we’ve come across on our stays.

The location is the best for Ginza area. The room we got is Executive Double room. It fits our family of 3 perfectly. Although, the hotel does not have buffet breakfast, they delivered breakfast in the wooden box to your room. We found that it is very convenience. Hotel does not have car park, but there is a paid parking nearby. Staff was vey nice during check in and check out. Hotel also has the restuarant guidebook that is very helpful.

I guess like all affordable accommodation in Tokyo Section L is compact, but the setup is very new and super well organised making it very comfy and workable for a family of 4. There's a convenience store within a minute or two walk and the very close proximity to the fish market makes it special. We were at the fish market for brunch most days. Be aware that the fish market closes down at about 2:30 and the area is very quiet after that with limited places to eat (there are some). However, it's only a 15 minute walk to Ginza and a 5 to 10 minute walk to a selection of subway stations.
The apartment is well equipped with fridge. Hob, kettle, crockery and cutlery and even has a washing machine and ironing facilities.
Staff at the front desk were were super friendly and helpful and spoke fluent English
The check in / check out process was quick and simple.
We loved our stay here and would definitely return.
