We loved our stay here! The location is perfect - right on a stunning beach with gentle waves & the water is the perfect temperature. Just a short walk to some great bars & restaurants. Mandy was an amazing host who was always up for a chat & a laugh & was super helpful arranging tours or transport etc. We highly recommend!

The staff were so nice. We arrived at 6am, and they let us into our room straight away. They organised a transfer to our next destination cheaper than pick me and generally they couldn't do enough for us during our stay. Room was spacious and plenty of storage and is literally a 2 min walk from the beach.

It quickly became our peaceful little haven after a day in the sun. But what truly set this place apart was the warmth of the hosts—Suman, Mallika, and their family. They greeted us even during our early arrival, having our room already prepared . Mallika’s home‑cooked Sri Lankan breakfast on the terrace was a daily treat—delicious, generous, and served with heartfelt kindness . The atmosphere is so relaxed and welcoming—complete with friendly cats, chickens wandering through the garden, and a homely ambience that truly made us feel “at home” . They went above and beyond by helping arrange tuk‑tuks, and transfers, you name it—with helpful, local insider knowledge . Really nice place with a very friendly owner who arranged a snorkelling trip and whale/dolphin watching for us. He also arranged our taxi to the next stop. The staff is so sweet and the food here was delicious!

Had a smooth and easy check-in experience. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the room was prepared in advance, which made things hassle-free. The location is great, and the atmosphere at night had a nice, laid-back vibe. The place is simple, but it covers all the essentials and does the job well. The host was nice. Just a heads-up: the photos were taken right before checking out, so it might not look as fresh as when we arrived. Overall, a good stay in a convenient spot.

The place is new, big and very clean. The hot water in the shower is installed and working well. The host that works there is super kind and helpful. He gave us best breakfast possible. Best place so far.

Pleasant Park Holiday Inn was exactly that - pleasant! The room was even better than in the pictures and I was surprised with the cleanliness of it. The staff was very approachable and not obtrusive. The owner was very fun to talk to as he has interesting stories from all over the world. I would gladly recommend this stay!
