Beautiful hostel, in the perfect location within the Medina! Rooms were clean and modern. Each bunk had a curtain for privacy and a cubby with a light and electrical outlet. WiFi worked in all areas of the hostel. Lots of common areas to hang out. A bar (that serves alcohol- the mojito was the best I’ve ever had!), small pool, and great rooftop. Every staff member I encountered at the desk was friendly and very helpful. They provided maps on arrival and the staff all seemed to know the area/had great recommendations.

The property itself was excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable and the place spotless.
The staff were incredible. Jamal was very helpful recommending nearby excellent restaurants. The ladies (sorry I didn’t get their names) were so lovely and made incredible breakfasts.
I recommend this riad as it’s away from the noise from the medina but close enough to get to.

The accommodation met our expectations! Our room was clean and the bathroom as well. The terrasse is perfect to chill and have a good breakfast. The host is very welcoming and always ready to help.
Very well located, the riad itself is also very, very beautiful. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it. :)

The level of service at this hotel is unmatched. We are frequent travellers and the service we received from the staff during our stay far exceeds anything we have experienced elsewhere. The breakfast made for a great start to the day, the courtyard was lovely, and the room was comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly. The location was perfect and Riad was really beautiful. The rooftop was an oasis of calmness. We also really appreciated the Moroccan breakfast which was a little different every morning. We can also recommend the hamam experience in the Riad. We would love to come back!

Riad Alaka was like an oasis of calm, even the door bell makes a cricket sound so it doesn't disturb anybody! All of the staff were polite and incredibly helpful, the location is great, the food is lovely, the rooms were beautiful and there is a calming aroma to the property. I would definitely recommend the day trip to the mountains, it was so much more than we expected.
