This hostel in Marrakech is truly one of the wonders of the world! Staying here, I experienced exceptional hospitality and service that exceeded all my expectations. I especially want to highlight the efforts of two wonderful staff members – Yones and Ahmed. These guys not only helped me with all inquiries but also maintained a friendly atmosphere throughout my stay. Their professionalism and sincere desire to make my vacation memorable deserve special recognition. Additionally, their excellent command of Spanish greatly enhanced our communication. Thanks to their efforts, my experience at this hostel was truly outstanding.

The Riad is located in the center of Marrakesh, staff super friendly and helpful with any request. Rooms and bathroom clean. High value for money, definitely recommend. The Riad offers taxi services for pick up or drop off (airport,…) and the staff is taking you to the cars themselves which is very handy not to get lost in the multiple streets of Marrakesh.

Riad Alaka is a comfortable and very welcoming place to say. The location is very good for most attractions. Although not a restaurant, a meal can be arranged with beer and wine. The food was delicious and matched any other we tried in Marrakech. The breakfasts were also very good. The highlight was the staff; very professional and friendly. Aziz, the manger was extremely helpful. He willingly sorted out a couple of problems (with outside companies- not the Riad) we had which we were very grateful for. We would most definitely stay here again.

I love this Ryad very cute interior, special breakfast like a warmful homeparty,and no matter what staffs heartful service.
They speak fluent English and respond our various offers while staying.
I really appriciate them when I had a trouble with another accomodation, in spite of check out they willingly helped us.
Thanks to them, our staying at Marakkesh tuned so wonderful.
If I travel to Marakkesh again, I will come back to this Ryad.
