very friendly staff and 24 hour reception. the room was well equipped and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the streets of Tanger. Very informative and good communication. The maids did a spectacular job every time we came from a day out we had fresh towels and everything looking spotless. if I visit again I will be staying here again.

We 100% recommend staying at Medina residency! It is a new, spacious and very clean establishment (it also has an elevator) walking distance from the grand socco. The rooms are large, the beds comfortable after spending the day exploring tangier. The amenities are great as well, good AC and fast wifi! Our plan was to only stay one night in tangier but because we enjoyed it so much we decided to extend our stay! Best of all, was our lovely host Mohammad. From the moment we stepped foot in the building Mohammad was helpful and resourceful. He went above and beyond to help us find our lost luggage from the port. He arranged transportation for our excursions and answered every one of our questions with kindness. If we ever decide to come back to tangier, one of the reasons for our return will be because of Mohammad’s wonderful hospitality.
