The staff was extremely polite and friendly. Every my question was solved in appropriate timeframes including check-out speed up. The hotel has perfect sushi bar along with small (but very useful) market with everyday and souvenir products. Small Portuguese fortress is near the hotel (5 minutes of walking). A lot of good supermarkets and cafe are near the hotel also (10-15 minutes of walking). Swimming pool and gym are very good and useful.

beginning, the hospitality was outstanding. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a stunning view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay even more special. The design of the rooms is simply excellent – every detail was carefully thought out, and it truly shows. Housekeeping service was available at any time of the day, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A special thank you to Chris from the team, who went above and beyond to upgrade our room and overall experience – thanks to him, we even decided to extend our stay for another night. Also, heartfelt thanks to Harry, who made our dinner unforgettable by ensuring our wine glasses were always full and adding an extra touch of warmth to the evening. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and overall, our experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Highly recommended!

I had such a wonderful stay at Artyzen! The in-room dining was not only delicious but also very generous in portion size—perfect after a long day. The room was always spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job. The service really stood out. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming every time we entered the hotel, which made us feel truly valued. When we needed a taxi, they were quick to assist and always made sure we were taken care of. The check-in process was also smooth and friendly. Overall, this was truly 5-star service in every way.
