We loved everything about this place. The staff and owners were so kind and helpful and friendly. They gave us great suggestions for things to do and eat. And we felt totally taken care of. The hotel is beautiful and homey and even has a full kitchen for guests, as well as sitting areas and a pool. Love, love, love it!

This is such an adorable little hotel, I just love it. It's pretty, clean and the location is excellent. The rooms are really nice and the beds are very comfortable. There's nice public seating areas and the wifi worked great.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property, location and especially the staff. Everyone was absolutely top notch professional. It seemed like we were the only guests in the hotel - by design…. Definitely going to stay here when visiting Mérida again.

We loved everything about this hotel! It was a beautifully designed oasis in the busy city. Sunita and Patrick are the ultimate hosts. They made us feel very welcome and cared for. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff was perfect. I’m recommending the Tree House to all my friends!
