The woman who greeted us was very friendly, excellent customer service. She showed us around the loft and explained how the site worked. The room rate includes access to the 4 cenotes site for the number of occupants in the room. A free guided tour is offered, a must. Parking near the cenote site is also free. Entrance to the site alone normally costs 700 pesos per person. A real bargain!

This accommodation was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, Esther warmly welcomed us, provided all the information we needed, and proactively took care of everything.
The property is stunning and impeccably maintained, with beautiful rooms, warm shower water, a pool, hammocks, bean bags, and more. The breakfast was delicious and always more than enough.
We highly recommend having a car, as it makes exploring the surrounding area much easier.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay, and we would recommend it to anyone. We’d love to come back ourselves! It’s the perfect choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Tulum and truly enjoy a relaxing vacation.

Amazing little affordable quiet place. All you need is there. It makes you want to stay there forever.
The place is not that easy to reach by public transportation, renting a car is best but there are taxis near by in case needed.
It feels like a bed and breakfast kind of place. You have everything you need in your room and the common areas.
Restaurants, a little grocery store and a little cenote are walking distance.
It was just amazing.

The location in the jungle and away from the tourist areas was great. We were able to relax very well after being woken up in the morning by birdsong. The staff were always in a good mood and very attentive, the food was plentiful and very tasty. The concierge in particular (who we have to apologise for forgetting his name) was extremely helpful. He waited for us until 01:00 after we had some problems with our hire car at the airport. On the last of our three nights, we even received a free upgrade to one of the villas with a private pool.
Thank you very much for a very relaxing start to our holiday.
