My five-day stay went great mostly thanks to the efforts of the manager who really accommodated every need that arose. I appreciate the care and assistance during my stay and it was instrumental in my enjoying the trip. This attention really overrides all the small issues here and there. The manager really knows how to work with clients. The front desk staff, the housekeeping staff were always accommodating and nice. I was expecting breakfast to be the same every day but the diversity of options truly surprised. Omlette station was an amazing addition and western options (especially the porridge) were most appreciated. The bed was very large and comfortable. There is even a balcony. The location is amazing. For a three-star hotel this is definitely a great deal. I would totally recommend!

Great stay! I was welcomed with a refreshing juice. Since the complimentary airport pick-up was not used by me (I already was in Kathmandu by that time), drop-off was provided. The reception staff, doorman, waiters, driver were very helpful. Sorry guys, I didn’t ask your names. The breakfast was rich and varied, and the inner yard was a cosy spot to enjoy it. The cook deserves a special mention – the food was excellent. Overall, very good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

We had a really good stay at Rest up Kathmandu, it was nice and clean, staff were so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed it and definitely would stay again. Very nice roof top , amazing location.

The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the sheets smelled nice. They gave me a balcony room which was really lovely. The room itself was pretty spacious. The staff were friendly and responded well to my requests. Reasonable price. Breakfast was also good. I genuinely enjoyed my stay here and will defo stay here again if I ever get to come back to Kathmandu.

I highly recommended this hotel. It is Excellent when it come to service and location. It is very near to most tourist attractions that you are planning to go.

Location is right smack in the middle of Thamel so was walking distance to the action.
Room and toilet were clean. The air-conditioning was nice to come back to after a whole day out in the smog.
Staff were all friendly and helpful. I fell sick after my trek and stayed at Daali after. The staff made sure I got better before leaving Kathmandu!
Food was also not bad given I had to stay indoors to recover and was limited by movement. Honestly the best coffee I had throughout my stay in Nepal.
