Breakfast was crazy good, buffet style. A lot of options what to eat. It is quite modern, I liked the bathrooms in that aspect. It has some beautiful interior, wall painting and stuff, really cool, they have books too. And they can organise trips, pickups, almost whatever you want

Everything was great. It surprised us how quiet the rooms were even though the hotel is next to a busy street. People working there are very friendly. They kept our luggage for 3-4 days on two occasions (Salkantay and the Amazon). Breakfast always the same, but tasty.

Very beautiful and cozy hotel.
Hot shower, heating in the room turns on at 7 pm.
The personnel is friendly and helpful.
Free drinking water and hot coca tea in the lobby.
The location is near the city center, you can go everywhere on foot.
And also they serve a very good breakfast.
We left our suitcases for several days while we were trekking and then spent one more night there - everything went super smoothly.
