Tasteful design. Loved every single detail of this hotel. Carlo and Pierre were excellent hosts. They received us with a warm welcome and were very attentive to us. Also loved the seclusion of the place, surrounded by nature but still being able to reach the beach easily within a 5 minute ride.

The room here was amazing. It’s all brand new and immaculate. It has everything you need. It is right on the beach and the sound of the ocean is beautiful. The owners are fantastic, a really nice couple who will look after you and help with anything you need. They keep this place looking fabulous.

We had a great time at Alta Cabana in Bucana, Palawan. John Dee, the host, was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay - And we had a lot of fun together! He organized transport and mopeds for us, making everything more convenient. On our last day, he even gave us a ride to El Nido, which was much appreciated.
The breakfast was tasty, especially the pancakes, and the dinner we shared with John Dee was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. He’s a really good cook!
The cabanas were small but comfortable, and it was a simple yet pleasant experience and. The aircondition worked perfectly. The location is peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of El Nido town. It’s just a 5-minute moped ride to Duli Beach, which was perfect for us.
We’re excited to see how John Dee’s place develops in the future and would love to come back!

Fantastic to wake up to sea views and sounds. Great restaurant right next door. Mike and his family went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable including preparing great breakfasts and a couple of grilled fish meals for the family. An exceptional stay and we’d fully recommend!
