Great view from the 9th floor, daily cleaning service. Noisy because of trais passing by, also nights. Clean surrounding, safe feeling on the streets nearby.

Room was really clean and nice. Hotel has a perfect position if you arrive by plane. There is a bus stop in front of hotel and metro 5 minutes walk away. Hotel staff is extremely polite and helpfull. We were on our honeymoon and they gifted us a bottle of expensive champagne with cakes. Good hotel!

Our stay at Alvalade Palace was excellent. The room was comfortable and the garden view was beautiful. We interacted with two staff members, both were excellent. Monica, especially, went out of her way to ensure our airport transfer was confirmed which was crucial due to a very early morning flight. Her communication and follow through meant a lot!! Definitely recommend this property!! Thank you again, Monica!

The staff was all super lovely! I was sad when I had to leave to catch my flight. I also got clean towels daily and 2 bottles of water daily provided. Everything was nice and clean. You can order food at the pool and there is a nice city nearby. As a female solo traveller I can say it is also very save!

Not a central location, but convenient, if you need to stay closer to airport. Just next to metro entrance. The customer support picks up the phone and answers immediately, even at night. The bed is comfortable, good shower.
