Location was just great, plenty things to see by walking and if needed transportation, it's close too. Hotel was clean, quiet and breakfast on rooftop was amazing.
Breakfast was nice to have at the terrace or in your room. They make us takeaway Breakfast that day we leave early to have a day trip. That was great service!

Everything was perfect. The staff was very friendly, the room and shared bathrooms were perfectly clean and I generally liked the vibes of the hostel. There are for example dinners organized by the staff almost every evening, which is a great way for people to connect. I didn't attend it, but someone told me that the food and setting were better than in many restaurants

Beautiful and well-kept hotel. Service at the highest level. Room great. Probably even better than we booked. Gifts from the hotel and birthday champagne for my husband were a great surprise. Absolutely a perfect place to stay and so central to the whole city.
The staff are so friendly especially Victor and Carolina who were very helpful with places to eat, drink and see.
The free coffee and cake was a great added touch and was nice to come back to the hotel at night and have a nice glass of port on the balcony which is also on the house.
