We had a great stay at Mercure Singapore Tyrwhitt. The hotel is well-connected and located close to an MRT station, making it easy to explore the city. It is also surrounded by plenty of local eateries serving delicious Asian cuisine.
The staff was very helpful and professional, always ensuring a smooth experience. One of the highlights was the beautiful rooftop pool, which was both stylish and relaxing.
A great addition to the room was the filtered water tap and air purifier, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The very good idea is lemon grass ice tea was available for hotel guests in the reception area.

I really liked the hotel’s service, and the staff were very good. The convenient thing here is that the hotel is located between the Little India and Kampong Glam areas, and it’s also very close to the MRT and bus stations, making it easy to get around. It’s easy to find as well. I asked for room decoration on the first day I arrived at the hotel, and they decorated it very beautifully! When I first entered the hotel, it smelled so good, and there was also a free cake counter. I had booked a room not near the pool, but they upgraded me to a room right next to the pool. Overall, I really liked it. There’s a water heater, so no worries about taking cold showers. I really liked it!

The location is good, lots of food choices nearby. There are also alot of other accomodations nearby so there's a big chance to run into a fellow tourist from your country. There's a supermarket nearby so you can get food products to microwave or boil in the hotel pantry. I was staying for a couple of weeks, so the staff gave me a bigger room which was a great touch.

The fact that they accommodate early check in was great. We arrived at 11am and was able to check in right away with no hassle. Also, fast, hassle free check out is much appreciated.
The hotel is also a walking distance away from Bugis Street, has a nice bar to chill and have a drink at night and a convenient store on the side.
