I had breakfast at the Waterfront restaurant for the duration of my stay and it was first class service. Khun Pooh helped me feel very comfortable whilst traveling alone to the resort, all the staff knew my name and showed me around the buffet and the food was so fresh and locally grown so the vegetables had extra taste and there were many healthy options available, the fresh juices were equisite.

Everything!! I've travelled a lot but this was the best hotel I've been to so far. Extremely kind and friendly staff.. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. We stayed for 3 nights but if we knew its going to be like a little piece of heaven on earth, we would have definitely stayed longer. We stayed at the jacuzzi suite and it was like a 7 star. We fell in love with it! The all day breakfast option was great too. Food was so tasty. Staff were so kind. We also got to use the paddle boat when the weather allowed. Even the guy at the beach was so nice and friendly. He kept bringing us cold water to drink whenever we would go to sit there. We went cycling too which was so much fun as to get to see just greenery around you. The massage and scrub at the spa was great but the ambiance of the spa was even better. Which reminds me, the amenities I'm the room were top notch too. Their lotions even smelled out of this world and were am natural. Their whole policy around the hotel was environment friendly. They had even decorated my bed for my 40th birthday and sent complimentary cake. The indoor and outdoor showers were both great. They gave us personalised bottles as keepsakes too. Thank you guys so much for making our trip memorable.

Highly recommend this resort! Bungalows are very spacious, clean, with good air conditioning and a big balcony. Little touches that make big difference - clean beach towels every day; beach bag/basket; bottled water, tea, coffee, fresh flowers in the room; bikes to go around and explore the area; motor bikes can be rented out. Staff is very nice & friendly. Vee helped us with any queries and organised 4 excellent tours. Food is delicious! Tourists from resorts nearby came here for dinner. My favourite was a fruit plate served every morning for breakfast. Beach is only a few steps away from the pool. Plenty of sun beds at the beach and by the pool. Most of the days, there were only a handful of people in the sea and at the beach, which is miles long. Resort itself is big enough, with abundance of exotic trees, plants, flowers, and some wildlife. There is a big library there as well - read 2 books from it. Exceptional place and great value for money! Complements to Vee and the crew!

Nat is the most amazing host. She helped me organizing transfer, tours and she also gave me very good recomendations regarding places to visit, restaurants, etc Such an amazing place to stay in Khao Lak for sure and very close to the market and well conected. The hotel is very cozy, and it's very easy to feel like home been away.

Spectacular place with great facilities and amenities. Starting with the breakfast which will satisfy anyone is nothing short of a 5 star city hotel. The pool is great and I loved the slides and jacuzzi functions - super fun to explore. the location is right next to the surf spot where my gf surfed day in and day out so it was great to come back to a fantastic hotel. Special mention to the pizza restaurant as I am a big fan of La Peppina in Bangkok and the restaurant has the same stone pizza oven from Naples!

Calm, quiet and beautiful location. The hotel is new and you can appreciate the details and the rooms are all new. Jo, is a very smiley and reliable person, always available via WhatsApp for every kind of query. I booked 2 different reservations in the same week. The second booking was supposed to be in another room, but Jo let me stay in the same beautiful room with a private pool included, and for the same price. On the last day I had to check out very early in the morning (due to an island tour I booked earlier), so I left all my luggage inside the room, and Jo informed the staff to move my stuff in the reception. I came back to take them at 6pm, so kind and quick reply. Highly recommended.

Staff was very friendly and it was lovely and clean
