Super clean room, from the sheets to the bath sink, spotless!
Excellent service, kitchen staff remembered our room numbers and faces, and arranged big table for our family. Front desk and housekeeping are so friendly and accommodating.
Awesome buffet breakfast, delicious , full of variety, high quality for its value.
Great location, 2 minutes from subway, short taxi ride to many destinations. Many restaurants nearby plus a night market.
Free laundry room and gym on 15th floor.
2F lounge where snacks and drinks are offered from 2 to 10pm.

I liked the mindfulness of the hotel, which becomes manifest in a lot of small details:
- the free fruits in front of the elevator
- free usage of washing machine and dryer on 5F
- take-away umbrella at the entrance
- Nespresso coffee machine in the room and additional free snack
- Fabric refresher at the wardrobe
Actually, they had also the most modern Taiwan style bidet seats :-)

Very good location- the Lihue night market is just up the road so don’t need to worry about where to eat dinner. Also got two towels for a one night stay which was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was bomb-, huge range of food like braised pork and rice, dumplings, noodles, chicken, cereals, bread and spread, all very delicious. Wish I’d booked more days for the breakfast/location to night market :(

The breakfast was great. There are a lot of different food provided in the breakfast buffet, including congee, toast, noodles, eggs etc.. There is also a 24/7 lounge which tea , coffee and ice cream were free for hotel guests.
We used the self service laundry for free and it was convenient.
