Amazing staff, very friendly. Front desk staff was very helpful. During our stay we do not like our room to be made up, however housekeeping made sure to leave at the door every day fresh towels, waters & other neccessary amennities. Room is spacious, cozy and has comfortable bed & bedding. The location is great, next to the airport express metro and next to the MRT station Sanchong and also bus stations, which made visiting Taipei very easy. Price-quality was great.

Nice place to stay away from main city but very close to a train station . Big nice clean room with family room and bedroom. 2 TVs , nice big bathroom with jacuzzi. In room coffee and 24 hours free restaurant with great choices of food. Very friendly staff

The staff was amazing. She was super helpful, providing me with all the info I needed and more. The rooms, the space, and the design were great. The place is pretty big, which is nice. Location also quite good in my opinion. Not super in the center, but quite easy to reach there (20-30min ride). Also, there are laundry machines which were super useful to me.
