Lots of art pieces on display in hotel. Hotel is directly opposite Linsen park makes morning walk very pleasant. Concierge is very attentive. Room large window draws in plenty of light was fantastic. I like that the luggage stand is deep in the room and not the first thing you see as you enter.

This was our second stay at the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. From the responsive communications before our arrival, to the well-appointed, clean rooms and all the friendly and helpful staff we came in contact with, the whole experience was unforgettable and we look forward to returning. We found the beds and pillows incredibly comfortable to sleep on. The location is a short commute from the more lively suburbs/CBD, which suited us as we preferred staying in a slightly quieter area.

I was amazed how luxurious and comfortable this hotel felt, for a very affordable price level. The staff was super attentive, and surprises included free coffee and water served at my seat in the lobby while waiting for my room, and free cakes brought to my room.
