Room was great, location was great, there was no breakfast. I just want to shout out the hotel’s receptionists - I believe their names were Garret and maybe Rosa? They were so incredibly accommodating. Without needing to give details, me and my friend were in a rough situation, and they could not have been kinder and more understanding. The cleaning staff (just one man at the time) was also great. I can’t say enough nice things about those three. This hotel is now at the top of my list, primarily because of these staff members, and I would definitely recommend this place to others and I would stay here again because of them. They absolutely deserve a raise.

Room is surprisingly spacious, the quality of the furniture was very good and it was cleaned every single day to keep the perfectly clean condition. We had access to the gym also which was great. Everyone was really nice, they offered to keep our luggage after we checked out so we can walk around easily, the room was clean and very comfortable, we are going to stay there again whenever we are back in New York.
