We loved our stay at this hotel! The hotel is walking distance to every tourist site and easily accessible to the L train and to the Metro Electric Line if going further in the city. Every day we were greeted by Antonio at the door who made sure to make everyone feel like they were staying at a home away from home. My kids loved the view from our room and they spent happily over an hour every day just looking out the window. There are many great restaurants nearby. My kids loved Wildberry Pancakes for breakfast (a 7 minute walk) and we enjoyed McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks (a 3 minute walk). We also spent an evening at the river walk nearby just relaxing. A great perk at the hotel was the popcorn at the lobby in late afternoon.

I can't say enough good things about staying at Staypineapple Chicago. We arrived early, were allowed to check in right away. The room was hands down the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in! The architectural aspects of this hotel are stunning. The ceilings are high and the windows are large and the view from the room was excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Free water bottles. Nice cosy gym. Count on this being our hotel in Chicago.

The staff was very helpful, it’s located close to three main streets. Everything was close. We got the king size bed and it was really good.

Room was nice and clean. Super centric area near from everything a tourist would want to do. Free empty bottles to fill with a water dispenser was nice. Included 3 coffee capsules inside the room. Also really good shampoo products. Good price-quality ratio.
