The location of the hotel is great! Free water,tea,coffee stand is a big plus. Microwave oven in the room is another plus. The room was clean,convenient. The staff is so friendly, especially Adrian and Cesar was so friendly! If I visit Chicago again, that will be definitely the place I wanna stay!
