Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer. One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in. Extremely efficient and thoughtful! Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant. I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

I had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! It was impeccably clean, and the owner was incredibly helpful. Everything felt brand new, and the spaciousness was a pleasant surprise. This is a great new apartment close to the Old Quarter. The whole street is dedicated to motorbike repairs, but we were not disturbed by any loud sounds (7 nights). The room was exactly as on the pictures, really new facilities, big TV with Netflix if you want to chill out a bit. The bathroom is clean, no problems with hot water, just sometimes have to wait 2-3 to heat it. We’ve also used kitchen to cook breakfasts, the apartment had the necessary appliances for that. Air conditioning worked perfectly. A cool bonus is that there is a laundry on the roof floor that you can use for free and then dry clothes - this is a real luxury in Vietnam! And most importantly, the place is owned by a very supportive and kind woman.

We enjoyed the privacy and space of this apartment, set back in a quiet part of town, a few minutes walk away from train street. The fact that it was also serviced was a nice addition, and the housekeeper was fantastic. The owner is very welcoming and is easy to contact on WhatsApp. If you have any questions, he is always happy to help. After a few months of travelling, it felt like real luxury, and to be able to cook again was really nice, and the washing machine was very useful! We will return here when we are next in Hanoi. Thank You!
