Amazing hotel in a perfect location.
Very professional staff, many thanks to the consiegers team, Ms Mia was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed every single moment at the Hotel. The food, the room and the club lounge are amazing. Highly recommend. If you looking for a luxury stay, Lotte is definitely the best choice.

I like the artsy design of the hotel interior. Baby friendly also. Staff were very accommodating and catered to our every request. Extra beds and even a baby crib was provided upon request. Thank you to Mr Anh for taking care of our large group. Our stay in Vietnam was a very comfortable one due to this hotel.

There was not a single thing I didn't like about this property - the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very cozy and spacious, the breakfast buffet was excellent and everything was well maintained. The location was perfect as well - not far from the Old Quarter, but at the same time not crowded and extremely quiet, with lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby! It also had a decent gym, which is rare for hotel in Hanoi. It was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Hanoi.
