Very good location, only 2~3 minutes to the night market where they closed the roads for the market. Staff are very kind and room was superb. No complain at all.

It was a quaint little boutique hôtel tucked in the busy street of Haon Kiem. Everything around the property was at walking distance and super convenient. The hôtel staff were extremely kind and helpful - providing us with a smooth early check-in. Henry at the front desk helped us with some recommandations for places to try and check out. All in all though we stayed for just one night - they even helped us arrange transport for our cruise and the opportunity to keep our bags while we waited to board our next flight. Manager Dinh Lee was extremely kind and helpful and was always available for any help or information

I loved that it was located in the city centre. All you need is nearby and the hotelroom is very cozy. The bed was really comfortable. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Big respect to dem!

I recently stayed in TrangTrang Boutique hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, and i must say it was a wonderful experience. From the moment i arrived, the staff made sure that i feel right at home. Check-in was a breeze and i was impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of my room. The hotel's location in the old quarter is perfect to explore Hanoi culture. The room is clean and tidy. The staff was absolutely the highlight of this place. Sooooo kind and wonderful and helpful! They really took care of us. Location was perfect but the rooms are definitely not sound proofed and the bathrooms could use a reno haha. But those 2 things compared to the good stuff doesn't hold up.
