The staff was very friendly and helpful.
They helped us book a last minute halong bay cruise at a very good price. Although I'd still recommend to look around in different travel agencies so you can have an idea of the price and compare. The location is in the heart of Hanoi Old Quarter. Plenty of restaurants, clubs and bars nearby. Lastly, the room was very good for the price and not too noisy. I'd highly recommend for one night or even a couple days!

We returned to the Hanoi Pearl Hotel on the 15 March for two nights after visiting Sapa.
Despite arriving at 6am after an overnight train journey we were made very welcome
The service was excellent as on our earlier visit and May gave great service in the restaurant
Our final night ended with drinks in the roof top bar with great service provided by Michael and Beandg

Good location, comfortable hotel and amazing staff. The manager Lana was always very accessible and responsive via Whatsapp and helped us plan our trip. Lana and the other hotel staff takes customer service at heart and treat you as a valuable guest. Good variety at breakfast which starts as from 6.30am, so very practical when leaving for early morning tours. You cannot go wrong with this boutique hotel with personalised service.

Wow. What can I say. Perfectly located hotel in the old quarter. Really nice rooms. We had a internal room which was good because it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was nice enough . But most of all a special mention to Grace and all the staff. 5 star service and made us feel so welcome.They organised our cruise to Halong Bay, which was special

Everything was absolutely lovely, especially the staff. Sunny made us feel very welcomed and her general attitude and presence was just amazing. The breakfast was nice and the rooms were very comfortable and felt quite luxurious. We were leaving late for the airport and it was no problem leaving our luggage for the entire day after check out. Will definitely come back the next time we are visiting Hanoi
