Great location. Very nearby to the tourist spots. Can take bus or grab to the places you want to visit. The owner is a helpful and friendly lady. She even provides a map and guides you. The room was very clean and we had peaceful sleep during our stay. Also near too many popular eateries.

The staffs especially the 2 boys at receptionist. With the amount price i have paid i felt like the service is 5 star. The boys literally help me carry my luggage and I didnt even call them to take my luggage upon checking out. Besides that, they help me out finding spa and also grab. They went extra miles to give the best service. Plus point. The free laundry service. Despite the location is at the back alley. Its actually quiet at night. I have a good sleep.

Staff went over and beyond to accede to my requests - they ironed a dress for me FOC, entertained my request to see a different room layout, and even insisted on paying for my car to the airport.
