The best was how helpful the manager Kevin was. He was always available and super dooper helpful in giving tips to the best local places, showing us maps and drawing routes, suggesting transport at good rates (we later checked vs outside and it was the same), and helping us plan stops.

The Property is beautiful and clean. The staff was just amazing, very friendly and welcoming. We felt absolutely comfortable there. The design is nice and everything was really clean. The breakfast was great, although not the best we had in hotels. They give you free bikes to cycle around the city and help you with information and booking on all activities possible. The staff was really the nicest people we met in hotels. They even gave us delicious cookies as a parting gift.

The managers were exceptionally friendly and helpful with great communication. Quiet property with good-sized rooms - just outside the old center of Hoi An. Pool is great for kids. Lots to do around.

We changed quite a few accomodations inVitnam during our stay and I must say this one was a refreshment. It is not in the center of Hoi An but it will make up to that with really pleasant stay. Staff is super helpful and always available. Food is exceptional and changes daily. A lot of fresh fruit as well. Room was spacious, nice and clean. There can be harmless geckos around which is ok for us, but maybe someone is scared of them. They offer free bycicles which is ok option to go to Hoi An or to the beach. Renting motorcycles here is also possible but if you want nice one, you need to find that in the Hoi An. As hygiene level in Vietnam is extremly poor compared to Europe or US, choosing better accomodation options like this one is worth it (for us at least).

Tranquil retreat in a bamboo forest with attentive service from Phung and the staff, who go above and beyond. The clean, well-equipped resort features a pool, gym, billiards, free bikes to explore the nearby coconut forest, and a free shuttle to Hoi An town. The comfortable rooms have relaxing porches, and breakfast is delicious. Phung gave us excellent recommendations that made our stay even better. Great value for relaxation and convenience.
