Everything was perfect . Beautiful room!! We had a wonderful view of the river from our room balcony & beautiful view from the pool . Staff we're always friendly and opted to visit downtown by shuttle bus . Again this was great value with attentive and friendly staff always available

We booked at the Muse House upon friends' suggestion and weren't disappointed. We really enjoyed the spacious and elegant room, which looked exactly like in the pictures and the hotel's pool. The staff was very friendly and the communication with Hoa was always very smooth. The hotel is not directly located in the Old town, though this can be reached quickly by bike (available at the hotel for free) or walking.

The staff were really attentive to our comfort and went out of the way to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves during our stay. They were personal and friendly in their service. They also changed our bedsheets and towels despite the short stay. The hotel is also in a less touristy area, which we liked, as we got to see local life and prices of amenities around the hotel were less expensive.

We have been traveling around Vietnam since a few weeks now, and so far is the best hotel we took! Really cozy place, clean and calm. The owner and her mom are amazing and they makes us feel like home! Taking care about every little detail, buying tickets for us, and always given us an answer every time we need it!
