Liv and Katy made our stay amazing. We were so well looked after and catered to. Happy, fun and warm. The property is just the right distance from the Old Town to be accessible but secluded for serenity. The mix is perfect. Breakfast was a diverse spread of everything you could want.

The best breakfast so far out of the places i have stayed at in vietnam. The common room is great. Perfect place to meet people. Towels are provided and you can use the bikes for free.

The Villa was elegant with it's own gate, to protect the motorcycles. The gem are it's owners. Friendly and ready to help with anything. From recommending local owned restaurants and tailors to offering a ride, when it's pouring outside.

At the beginning receptionist was really good. She explained to us everything and gave us a lot of recommendations, so even before checking in we right away decided to prolong our stay. Villa has a great location, everything is close, you are in centre but still in quiet part of the city. You can also rent a bike for free and explore it a little more :) overall one of best accommodations we had in Vietnam.

Linh, the manager was kind and took care of booking additional activities for me when I asked her. She recommended great local places like cafe, vegetarian bistro, tailor etc. The room was quite big, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was freshly made and there were a few options to choose from. I arrived early in the morning and requested earlier check in, which was possible. Good value for money.

Excellent location, just across the bridge from historical village, with a line up of restaurants close by within walking distance. Exquisite breakfast variety with many options for the health conscious!
