I really enjoyed my stay at the villa. Comfy bed, clean and nice room, great view. I’d rate 100/10 for the staff if I could, definitely the best hotel staff I’ve met, they were super helpful and friendly. Katy was my favorite, she was professional and smiley and we felt really comfortable talking to her during our stay. The cleaning staff was amazing as well.

My partner and I kept extending our stay, we ended up staying 2 1/2 weeks! The rooms are spacious, clean and have lots of natural light! We were able to organize scooter rental and a cooking class through Blue River. Staff are lovely, incredible value! Highly recommend :)

We had a great time at this hotel! It was very beautiful with lots of space. I liked the shower and the balconies (2!) in the room. The staff were accomodating, friendly, and spoke good English. They let us store our luggage after check-out. The breakfast offered was so delicious! We took advantage of the free bikes at the villa, which were also a lot of fun. Location-wise, it's like a 20-minute-ish walk from the main touristy island. There are still good cafes and spas available very close to the hotel. It may be a little less convenient, but the benefit of Tropical Home Villa's location is that things get a lot calmer once you cross the bridge away from all the main craziness.

This was easily the most memorable hotel I've stayed in. I can't recommend it enough. Our room was large and very comfortable. I highly recommend booking a room with a balcony facing the back of the house. We loved sitting on the balcony each morning and we were even greeted by a herd of water buffalo on our final day and had a perfect view of the animals as they approached the property and then swam away down the river. The villa is situated close to town, just a 10 minute walk over the bridge into the center. Despite how close it is to the center, the surrounding area of the villa is quiet and peaceful. You really can't believe you're just a short walk away from the bustling center of Hoi An. Mr. Ho and his team provided exceptional service and were incredibly helpful booking tours and taxis for us. The breakfast each morning was so yummy and the villa offers bicycles which we used to bike around the town and the countryside, and we even visited the beach by bike. Ho and his wife Van also own a tailor shop and they made amazing clothes for my fiancé and me. Van was fantastic to work with and very detailed. We love our clothes and will always have amazing memories from our time at Quin Riverside.
