The staff were super friendly and helpful with everything. The resort was beautiful, providing and relaxing and quiet atmosphere. The food was delicious when I didn't feel like leaving my room. The bed was like a fluffy cloud to sleep in and the bath tub was divine. Perfect spot to enjoy Hoi An outside the hustle of the village.

Our stay at Enso Retreat Hoi An was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable.
The quality of service was top-notch, and everything was well-organized and professional. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, making it easy to relax. The facilities were excellent, offering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere.
We also booked a massage, which was amazing and perfect for recovery after a long day of exploring. The therapists were skilled, and the overall experience was very relaxing.
The restaurant was decent, though not particularly outstanding. The food selection was a bit limited, but it wasn’t bad—just nothing extraordinary.
Overall, Enso Retreat Hoi An is a great place to unwind, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing stay with excellent service and facilities. Would definitely recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hoi An Eco Lodge & Spa and I was absolutely blown away. The hotel is located in a beautiful, peaceful setting and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely view. I especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious food at the restaurant. The spa treatments were also top-notch. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hoi An

The owner of the place is very nice and kind. We arrived early before check-in time and she let us in right away. She was available for anything we needed with a smile. The room was big and clean , The sheets were clean and the bed mattress was soft and comfortable.

We like the hotel very much. It is really a hidden gem and good value for money. We could taste the real Hoi An here. The location is not far from the center of Hoi An, so it is convenient to travel to popular places, but still quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery of Hoi An countryside: rice fields, rivers, coconut trees etc. We like the reading corner, the free bicycles, the simple but beautiful decoration, the pond, the beautiful gardens and flowers, the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us book the popular tours at cheaper than normal prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
