Every member of staff was absolutely lovely. So helpful and kind, especially needed when travelling as a solo female. The wonderful owners look after you as if you were a member of their family, without being intrusive as can sometimes happen in larger, less homely hotels. Our room was simple, yet large and very comfortable. The location is literally a two minute walk from the Old Town, yet you don't feel or hear the tourist madness two blocks away. Instead, from the lovely balcony we could observe the everyday lives of ordinary Vietnamese people. And on top of all this, at an incredibly affordable price!
