Breakfast was great. They have two locations that offer variety and very friendly staff who look after you and clear your plates quickly. Especially loved the pho station and fresh fruit! Sang was also an incredible staff member who made our stay a 15/10. My husband got hurt during our trip and Sang helped us navigate to a hospital and kept in constant contact to ensure we could get translation services when we were panicked. She also kept in touch with me following the trip because our suitcase was damaged during transit to the airport and she got her team in Hanoi (where we are currently) to drop off a brand new suitcase to replace the damaged one. I am blown away with her work ethic and dedication to service that goes above and beyond for guests. She is a superstar and I will be back to La Siesta because of her. Thank you Sang!! I also used the spa and the service was incredible. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. And the spa itself is beautiful. The pools are also beautiful as are the rooms. We stayed in an executive suite overlooking the rice paddy fields and everything was stunning. The balcony was awesome to have a coffee on in the morning and the room was spacious and well equipped. 10/10 stay!

Our host Nguyen and family were so welcoming and obliging. We are elderley, so given rioms on the ground floor. Very spacious, open and clean with a balcony. Just step outside and into the pool. Breskfast was great, whatever we wanted, either vietnamese traditional or eggs every way. Our stay was during Independence week, we were offered to celebrate with the famiky, but had to decline as it was our last night in Hoi An. Property is within walking distance of old town and many restaurants and Mini bar close by.Especially 'Redbean Restaurant' We thank you for a wonderful stay.

Sunmoon riverside Hoi An is the perfect stay in Hoi An. Oanh the Manager made everything seemed impossible possible for me. To begin with booking day tours all over Hoi An, Hue and Bana Hills. Always free water. Recommendations to all the excellent Nathan tailer & delicious restaurants. The Location of the Hotel is in the heart of Hoi An in front of the Han River & with a short walk to the Old Town, Day and Night Market. The room was cozy but a little tight which wasn't a big problem for me cause I travel solo. The Internet is very strong. The place is very quiet and clean. Overall Perfect Hoi An Experience. The room matched the photos, was beautiful, and had very comfortable beds. The hotel itself was stunning, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The stay was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The location is peaceful, though slightly outside the city.
