Check-in/ check-out process was seamless. Host even gone extra mile to confirm the arrangement for my airport transfer. Communication was straight forward & easy. Everything was flawless Location was also on point. Just a walking distance to groceries, coffee, halal restaurance, cable car, kiss bridge and everything at sunset town. Everything was just right in front of your nose. Apartment was really a darling. Everything was spotless. Kitchen functioning. Bed & pillows was so confortable. Apartment is exactly how it was advertised. View frok the balcony, breathtaking. Hospitality is 100%. Host will ensure you have an amazing stay by offering to send fresh towels. Always checking in if anything we needed.

There's not enough space to describe this phenomenal place. Top-notch service, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, a unique à la carte restaurant, free city tours, and a beautiful fireworks display outside the window every day. You can feel the atmosphere of Japan and Japanese perfection at every turn.

The views from the apartment was amazing. You can see the view of the picturesque European town and in the night, you have a spectacular view of the fireworks at around 9:30pm. Our host was exceptionally accommodating and he will organise everything for you from picking you up at the airport and going around the island. He will always reach out to you for anything you need and will go above and beyond. He will also have some great suggestions and can organise and help you to book the tours and activities when you need. Even when we didn't have enough cash at the time, he was okay and trusted us, waited until we can withdraw from am atm after 2 days. He is an amazing host and such a very kind person. When I mentioned it was my birthday, he even wanted to treat us to dessert. Such a kind host and I could not ask for a better stay anywhere else in the island. I would highly recommend you to stay with his apartment. You will have a great time and have a comfortable stay without worries. Thank you so much for everything.

I just had an unforgettable stay at this apartment and wanted to share my experience! The apartment offers a stunning sea view, and from the balcony, you can enjoy a romantic sunset. On special occasions, you can even watch spectacular fireworks right in front of you. The room is clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, modern, and well-furnished apartment. The staff was really great, kind and helpfull. We were very comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. I'd like to offer some friendly, constructive feedback on the kitchen to help make the experience even better. When we arrived as a group of four, we found there were only two large plates, two soup bowls, and two cereal bowls. There were also no supplies for washing the dishes. However, I was very impressed with how quickly this was resolved! After we asked, the staff brought everything we needed the very next day. A couple of other small suggestions: the cooking equipment is quite limited and worn out, so an investment in some new pots and pans would be a great upgrade for guests who wish to cook. Also, having a few basic kitchen essentials like cooking oil or sugar would be a fantastic touch. These little things can make preparing a simple breakfast much easier and really add to the comfort of the stay. On the other hand, we absolutely loved the daily complimentary items! The water, nuts, dried mango, coffee, and tea were a lovely and thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with the apartment. If these few minor details in the kitchen are polished, this place will be truly top-notch. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was perfect. Just 2-3 minutes stroll down to the amazing Khem beach. I stayed in a deluxe double room, which had all the facilities in the room as described. My room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels and free water bottles. I had a lovely view of trees from the window. Mr Thang and Mr Nam were wonderful hosts, making my stay here most enjoyable. They recommended places and arranged my transfer back to the airport. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet road just off the beach. If you're looking for a friendly, homely, stay close to Khem Beach, this is perfect for you.

The best hotel we have stayed so far. The receptionist Nhung was so helpful and informative. All the other hotel staff was so nice and welcoming. Great location and the seaview room is beautiful. The rooms are exactly as shown in pictures. Highly recommended!
