The location was great. The unit was so clean, large, and had all the needed amenities. Great sea view from the rooms and balcony, and easy access to the boardwalk and beach. Also within walking distance to shops. Overall great stay, will be back.

We would like to thank Bob for being an incredible host. He was warm and accommodating the minute we arrived - he even treated us to an unexpected room upgrade which was the highlight of our trip
All amenities exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend staying at The Hamptons Guesthouse. An absolutely perfect location and in close proximity to a variety of popular restaurants and bars in a safe neighborhood.
