Absolutely amazing hotel! We have just had the pleasure of 4 nights at this hotel, room 447. We are now in Dubai but comparing everything to our stay at WB. The location could not be more perfect. Beautiful establishment: my room on the 43rd floor had beautiful views! The bathroom is so beautiful too. The shower head delivered marvelous rain shower. It was so quiet, rooms are well insulated. We stayed in The Ritz-Carlton for 1 night. We booked this hotel so we can visit Abu Dhabi and also the Grand Mosque. The hotel was incredible and the facilities amazing. From the entrance, the lobby and the rooms to the swimming pool, the beach and the restaurants. The staff was amazing and a key point to our experience. They welcomed us in their hotel and were always taking care of all of the details during our stay. Ira offered and organised a romantic set up in the room along with a cake in order to celebrate my wife’s birthday and also enhance our experience. Basma oversaw the execution of the above on the day and along with Joy arranged all of the details for the surprise. They accommodated the early check-in request based on availability and also gave a small present to my 3yo daughter who was really happy. The hotel is very beautiful and has many things to do which makes you want to stay in the premises. The location is perfect if you want to visit the Grand Mosque which is within walking distance. The view of the mosque is great, especially at night with the lights on. We wished we had booked at least an extra day in Abu Dhabi in order to enjoy the hotel more. All of the staff were excellent and provided an unforgettable experience. Hospitality at its finest. We will definitely be back.
